These furniture are so nice, now I have it in 1 colors. He is so incredibly versatile and can accompany me to everyone. It's sturdy, luxurious, soft and it definitely seems like I paid more for it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect 'one and done' Shelving Unit!
After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Shelving Unit was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Shelving Unit are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
I almost went with a more expensive brand and I'm glad I did not. I love this WFX Utility 74" H x 48" W 5 Tier Shelving Unit! It is the perfect color. Although my shipment took longer to arrive than I expected it was completely worth the wait.
I try, whenever possible, to buy local, pay cash and support my community with my transactions. When I do go online, I want something of quality and I need it fast. I have Wayfair as my first stop for furnishings for the home. The reviews are helpful, the quality tends to be high overall, and the customer service is very good. I hold their feet to the fire when I am unhappy, and they respond. I think our on-line businesses are as good as we demand they be, and I think Wayfair does a great job.
Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
